Terms of Service

What Creda is

Creda is a tool for content creators. You build a media kit — a page with your numbers, rates, work, and whatever else you want brands to see — and publish it at your-name.heycreda.com. Then you send that link to brands. Creda is run by Creda Studio, a small independent studio. These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use it.

Your account

You can sign up with an email and password or with your Google account. An account is for one person — please don’t share logins. You’re responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. If something looks wrong with your account, email us at whoisanmolsubediii@gmail.com and we’ll help.

Plans and billing

The Free plan lets you build and preview a kit, but not publish it. Creator ($12/month) lets you publish 1 kit. Studio ($29/month) lets you publish up to 5. Billing is monthly and recurring, handled by Stripe — your card details never touch our servers.

You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in Settings. Cancelling stops all future charges. Your kit stays built, but anything that exceeds your plan’s publish limit comes offline. Payments are generally non-refundable, except where the law says otherwise.

Your content and published kits

Everything in your kit is yours — photos, numbers, rates, all of it. You give us permission to host and display it, which is the whole point, and nothing more. You’re responsible for having the rights to what you upload and for the accuracy of what you publish.

One thing worth saying plainly: a published kit is a public web page. Anyone with the link can see it. Don’t put anything in a kit you wouldn’t want public. Documents you upload to your private storage area (old rate cards and the like) are different — those are never shown publicly.

Unpublishing a kit removes it from public view immediately. You can delete kits from Settings anytime.

Acceptable use

Be honest and don’t cause harm. Specifically: don’t publish content that’s illegal, that infringes someone else’s rights, or that misrepresents who you are or what your audience is. Don’t try to break, probe, or overload the service. We can suspend or remove kits or accounts that violate this — we’d rather talk to you first, and usually will.

The analytics we show you

When someone visits your published kit, we show you how the visit went: roughly where they were (city, region, country), whether they were on a phone or a laptop, what site referred them, how far down the page they read, video plays, and time on the page. If you made a named link (?to=brandname), that label — which you wrote, not them — is attached to the visit.

To be clear about what this is not: Creda never claims to identify which person or company visited your kit. The analytics are signals, not surveillance. Use them accordingly, and don’t present them to others as something they aren’t.

Cancelling and ending service

You can stop anytime: cancel your plan in Settings, delete kits in Settings, or email us to delete your account entirely. We can end or suspend service for accounts that break these terms. If we ever discontinue Creda, we’ll give you a reasonable chance to export your data first.

Disclaimers and liability

Creda is provided as-is. We’re a small studio and we work hard to keep things running, but we can’t promise the service will always be available, error-free, or exactly what you need. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you’ve paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We’re not liable for indirect damages — lost deals, lost data, lost sponsorships. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Creda changes. When we do, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using Creda after a change, that’s your acceptance of the new terms. For significant changes, we’ll do our best to flag them more loudly than a date edit.
